Hard to get this one to show up well but it is a gorgeous combination
- Buff and shine nails
- Apply Layla Hologram Effect 05 Jade Groove it thin layers until desired color is acheived
- Glitter used here was Essie Set in Stones
- Added three little stars to make it a little more special
